Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refundsIf you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale itemsOnly regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

As Accounting Placement Coordinator, Rus Zucker is responsible for assisting graduates of the accounting course find internships and paid positions upon graduation. A graduate of Adelphi University in Business Management and Communication, Rus is well qualified for the crucial role she plays. It is with her guidance that students create resumes, apply to jobs, work on their interview skills, and ultimately embark on a successful career.
Since 2009 at PCS, Rus’s commitment to guiding newly minted accountants on the path toward growth-oriented employment is well-known, while her referrals of candidates are respected by accounting firms of all sizes.
Deena Nahari, ACC is a noted Associated Certified Coach with over ten years of experience working with teens and adults. Deena is also an acclaimed high school teacher and lecturer and career counselor at Professional Career Services.
Faigy Ort has been working at PCS since 2020. With a variety of previous office and real estate field experiences, she is part of PCS’s non-profit mission, without any contracts with any company. Advocating for anyone seeking a new job opportunity, she dedicates herself to help employers and employees alike.
Faigy is a people’s person that zones into each individual’s specific strengths, enabling her to accurately match a candidate to an employer’s needs. She has successfully placed over 100 candidates.
Following a successful career as a medical recruiter, Yoel Tolwinski has been our Director of Job Placement since 2003. Yoel actively keeps abreast of the ever changing job market and works closely with both candidates and businesses. He has guided many – from the earliest stages of career exploration to high-level positions and professions – and has placed over 500 individuals in diverse positions. He works with large corporations, mid-size, small businesses, and start-up ventures both local and farther afield. Yoel brings years of placement and counseling experience to the job, striving to provide for the needs of employers, entry level applicants, and experienced professionals.
Aviva Barrish joined PCS in 2017, first as the Director of Programming Placement and then as the Director of Job Development. Aviva has two decades of experience in Education, as well as 17 years of experience in Human Services. Aviva holds degrees from Adelphi University and Touro College in Human Services, as well as a degree in Education from Beth Jacob Teachers Seminary of America. Over the years, Aviva has served as the president of various women’s leagues and as the PR and project coordinator for several organizations.

Zeldy Waxman brings her leadership qualifications, creativity, and warm personality to PCS. She holds a degree in Education and was a successful educator for several years. Mrs. Waxman has spearheaded numerous events and has volunteered her expertise for various community initiatives. With over a decade of office management experience, she utilizes her talents, attention to detail, and pleasant demeanor as the office manager and project coordinator at PCS.

Shloime Lubowsky has been instructing students at the PCS School of Evolving Technology computer programming course for the past seven years.
Shloime worked as a software developer / architect for EOIR (formerly Viecore FSD / Nuance), developing planning software for the military, including the US Army and Marinesfor close to 15 years. He then moved on to DSCI where he worked on projects for the Department of Defense (DOD) and Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA).
Shloime is currently a project manager at National Care Systems where he manages the development of web applications for the healthcare industry.
Sarah Massry leads with notable expertise as Director of Marketing and the Program Coordinator of the Software and Web Development Course. Sarah holds a Masters of Science in Education from Daemen College and has a decade of experience in education. She is a talented writer, a regular contributor to several international publications and the author of five popular books.
Leah Stromer supports students and new graduates of FDU’s Master of Science in Accounting program in their search for internships and permanent positions. She is a graduate of Yeshiva University and a CPA with experience in public accounting – including seven years at KPMG, and eight years in higher education administration. Highly qualified and well suited for this challenging role, she counsels the students and recent alumni in regard to career paths, resumes, networking, and interview preparation. Leah’s dedication to the students and their success in the job market, as well as her resourceful networking, is what impresses peers and students and encourages many in the process. Moreover, her knowledge and professionalism commands respect from the accounting firms and businesses with which she has connected candidates to.
Initiator and Coordinator Raizy Perl has been with PCS for the past eight years. Her expertise and innovation make her an excellent candidate to manage our many specialized courses. Using her unique skill set, Raizy directs the marketing, staff recruitment, enrollment, and core curriculum issues of our highly popular courses. Thanks to Raizy’s selfless dedication, PCS has been able to expand its career course options with tremendous benefit to the Lakewood Community. Some of the courses which Raizy manages include: Business Enrichment, Desktop and Network Support, Real Estate Investing, Property Management, Certified Financial Planner, Fundraising, Microsoft Office, and Sales.
Izzy Kleinhendler completed the IT course at at PCS/School of Evolving Technology in 2016 and today, instructs students in the very same course.
Izzy holds A+ and Network+ certifications and is an AWS Certified Solutions Architect. His experience ranges from basic technical support to network and systems engineering and is currently working as a senior support technician for Datalink Systems, an IT company based in Lakewood.
Sara Lefkowitz brings her creative and detail oriented abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and patient and hardworking nature to PCS. With past experience in management roles in the travel and fashion industries, she is passionate about helping others with their career and parnassah goals.
Chaya Esther Lemberger has over five years’ of experience in education as a teacher and reading specialist. She brings her friendly, determined nature and ability to multi task to her job as coordinator of the Master of Science in Accounting program.
Tzvi Pirutinsky is the Associate Professor of Clinical Social Work at the Touro College, Staff Psychologist at CHEMED, Lakewood, NJ and the career counselor for Professional Career Services. His clinical experience includes adult and child psychotherapy, career counseling and assessment, psychological testing and risk assessments.
